Submission Guidelines
All manuscripts must be submitted electronically. Please ensure your submission adheres to the following guidelines:
Manuscript Preparation
- Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF
- Word Limit: 3,000–6,000 words for original articles; up to 8,000 for reviews
- Font: Times New Roman, 12pt, double-spaced
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Citations: APA 7th Edition format
- Abstract: 150–300 words with 4–6 keywords
Ethics & Originality
- All submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere
- Plagiarism is strictly monitored using professional detection software
- Authors must declare any conflicts of interest
- Proper ethical clearance must be obtained for studies involving human/animal subjects
Review Process
SJIS follows a double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. Authors can expect an initial decision within 4–6 weeks of submission.
